What You’ll Do

As our Senior Project Superintendent, you’ll be the heartbeat of the jobsite—leading teams, solving complex challenges, and ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll:

• Supervise and mentor Project Superintendents, Engineers, and Interns.
• Collaborate with Project Executives and Managers to tackle large-scale project challenges.
• Own the schedule—identify risks, find solutions, and keep progress on track.
• Lead preconstruction planning and post-construction wrap-up.
• Communicate with owners, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure top-tier quality control and safety compliance.
• Manage jobsite costs, subcontractors, and change orders.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field (preferred).
• Deep technical knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Certifications like OSHA 30, CPR, LEED AP or LEED Green Associate (preferred).
