Cindy has consulted with leaders at all levels within domestic and global organizations in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, IT, engineering, consumer products, health care, and for-profit and non-profit organizations. She has expertise in leadership and team development with a focus on the design, implementation, and sustainability practices of leadership, team, and high-potential development. Cindy helps leaders identify and capitalize on their strengths to bolster productivity and generate positive interpersonal business relationships.
The overarching goal is to train and coach people to cultivate work environments where communication channels are wide and healthy, and where people have the right conversation, with the right person, at the right time.
