Large enough to offer comprehensive services, but small enough to care, Traverse Health Clinic is more than a family practice. We are a community health center. By providing primary care and counseling on site and coordinating a variety of support services, our goal is to keep each individual healthy and make healthcare simple and accessible for all.

We will listen to your individual needs and foster a proactive approach to your care, helping you stay in charge of your health.

We provide care to all, from infants to seniors. We make health care accessible to all by accepting Healthy Michigan, Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, as well as offering an income-based sliding fee scale for the uninsured.
