With more than 18 years of experience at Networks Northwest\, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of Northwest Michigan Works!\, McNabb brings extensive expertise in workforce development\, organizational strategy\, communications\, and public policy.\n\nBefore returning to Networks Northwest as CEO in 2024\, McNabb worked as a workforce and strategy consultant affiliated primarily with Strategic Policy Consultants. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
