DESCRIPTION:Link to the application: https://traverseconnect.typeform.com/to/vxPjPUKl\n\n\n\n (8) 2-hour sessions beginning April\, 2023 (meeting times will be determined by the group based on their availability)\n\n\n\n\n\nLead by Kathy Grinsteiner with EverGROWTH Consulting\n\n \n\n\nWomen bring unique talents and abilities to the workplace\, although subtle biases continue to get in the way of even the most competent female leaders reaching their potential. In this cohort\, our goal is to learn\, explore\, challenge\, and empower through leadership development and problem-solving.\n\nDetails: EverGROWTH Consulting will facilitate monthly sessions that are two hours in length for 8-12 members. Each session will start with a 45 60-minute training and discussion on a specific leadership opportunity. Topics will be customized based on the needs of the members\, but could include:\n\n\n	Can You Have it All?\n	The Imposter Syndrome\n	The Art of Communication\n	Courageous Leadership\n	Building Resilience\n	The Authentic Leader\n	Creating a Culture of Belonging\n	Leading Up and Across\n	Bringing Your Leadership Competencies to Life\n	Active Listening Skills\n	Conflict Resolution Skills for Leaders\n\n\nThe remainder of each session will focus on discussing the challenges that members are facing and working as a team to identify solutions. We will spend time revisiting past challenges to provide ongoing support.
