Another Seat at the Table
Actionable Steps to Having a Diverse & Inclusive Workplace
No matter what size organization you have or what industry you’re in, people want to feel valued, included, and respected. Adapted from the full Another Seat at the Table program, this webinar helps you to identify practical steps that will move the needle on diversity, equity and inclusion in your organization.
Companies that complete diversity and inclusivity training have reported higher employee retention, increased job satisfaction, and higher reputation scores.
In this webinar, we’ll cover:
• The unique role each employee plays in supporting a diverse and inclusive work team
• How to increase respect for one another by addressing unconscious bias
The role empathy plays in getting DE&I right
How to hold space for difficult-but-necessary conversations and be open to ideas, perspectives outside your own
• Help with holding people accountable

Believing that great cultures exist when people have healthy relationships, Cindy’s motto of ‘turn your knowledge into action’ shows people how to affect positive change immediately to cultivate a healthy work culture with strong leaders. She believes chocolate should be its own food group, prefers Star Wars over Star Trek, and commits to leaving others feeling optimistic and more inspired about what they are capable of achieving than they felt before working with her.
