Description
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a company paid benefit that offers short term counseling and work/life benefits to employees and their dependents. The orientation session provides an overview of the EAP benefit and how to access the program. And it can be as beneficial for your business as it is for those who have access to it. For your businesses, an EAP can help:
- Improve Productivity
- Increase employee retention
- Reduce ongoing health care costs
- Reduce recruiting, hiring and training costs
- Minimize legal liability
- Provide convenient customer education
EAP is a compassionate, empathetic and confidential way that works for you and your employees.
