DESCRIPTION│ The “Diversity in the Workplace” webinar will untangle the meaning of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); review the different approaches to diversity; and examine why diversity, equity, and inclusion matters to business. This webinar is ideal for individuals, teams, and leaders developing or expanding their workplace DEI initiative.

Inclusive Outcomes specializes in building the capacity of individuals and organizations to thrive in an increasingly diverse world. Services include constructing a framework for diversity, equity, and inclusion integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into existing organizational growth plans; facilitating trainings, administering assessments, and coaching individuals and teams to develop and lead their organizational strategies.
Inclusive Outcomes LLC was founded in 2018 by Sonya Hughes, an award-winning, nationally recognized expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Sonya has worked in the diversity and inclusion field since 1988, leading diversity and inclusion strategies, designing programs and facilitating training. Prior to establishing Inclusive Outcomes, she was Vice President of Inclusion with the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During her 19 years with the organization, Sonya developed the first Chamber of Commerce Diversity and Inclusion Department in the nation—a noted model of excellence in the industry.
Sonya Hughes is a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Advanced Professional certified by the Cultural Intelligence Center; a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) certified by IDI LLC; she holds a Diversity Professional Certificate from Cornell University and a Diversity Management Certificate from the University of Houston, Bauer College of Business, and is a member of The Society of Diversity.
