Stress is something we always seem to struggle with, but how do we manage in a prolonged crisis? We will discuss ways to manage stress and increase resilience in quickly changing times

Kristine Wilmoth, Limited Licensed Psychologist
Clinic Manager, Pine Rest Traverse City
Kristine Wilmoth, MSCP, is a Limited Licensed Psychologist and the Clinic Manager for the Pine Rest Traverse City Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University and her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Madonna University.
Kristine’s history includes a private practice that involved individual and family treatment and psychological assessment of adults and children for ADHD, learning disabilities, memory difficulties, and for diagnostic clarification. She has experience treating and evaluating incarcerated individuals through the Michigan Department of Corrections as well as managing programs in public mental health systems.
Kristine has a passion for helping people through trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and is certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD. She also specializes in mood disorders such as Depression and Bipolar Disorder. Kristine joined Pine Rest in 2017.
