Traverse Health Clinic is proud to celebrate the upcoming opening of the Edson Family Pharmacy, a new in house pharmacy designed to improve access to affordable, convenient, and coordinated care for patients throughout Northern Michigan. Located within Traverse Health Clinic, the pharmacy will allow patients to fill prescriptions directly following medical appointments, helping reduce barriers to medication access and improve overall health outcomes.
The project was made possible through a generous philanthropic gift from Dan and Marsha Edson, longtime supporters of Traverse Health Clinic and community healthcare initiatives. The pharmacy is expected to open July 2026 and represents an important expansion of services that will strengthen continuity of care and support the Clinic’s long term sustainability as a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
