Department Clerk/Collections Full-Time M-F
Serve as the main Collections Officer for the credit union. Job duties also include: Greet and welcome members, board members and visitors to the credit union in a friendly manner.Originate loans (only) as needed.Answering phones and directing calls to the correct department.Assist the CEO with tasks as requested.Assist in balancing/replenishment of the ATMAny other tasks needed to assist during busy times at the credit union.

Serve as a liaison between the members and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Open accounts for members, resolve issues, and professionally handle the members daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.
