About the Role

Daylight Chiropractic is looking for a warm, dependable, and self-directed Chiropractic Assistant.

This role combines patient-facing front desk responsibilities with administrative support for the doctor and practice. You'll welcome patients, manage scheduling and checkout, and help keep the day organized and running smoothly.

The position starts at 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a warm, comfortable environment.
• Check patients out, collect payments, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer phones and manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Prepare simple refreshments for patients (tea, water).
• Welcome new patients, provide a brief office tour, and bring them to the exam room.
• Submit insurance verification requests; prior insurance experience is not required.
• Scan and organize documents and assist with routine records requests.
• Monitor routine office communications and organize messages requiring the doctor's attention.
• Keep patient-facing areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Independently manage responsibilities within your role and assist with additional administrative tasks as the practice grows.

Previous chiropractic, medical-office, or insurance experience is not required. We're happy to teach the right person our systems and processes.

Schedule

Our practice is open Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

This position starts at approximately 15–20 hours per week within those hours, with the opportunity to grow toward approximately 35 hours per week. There are no evenings or Fridays.

Compensation & Benefits
