Event Server

Would you like a 'side hustle' on weekends? One where you choose what events you can work and how often? We have immediate opportunities for you to provide excellent table and or bar service for guests at larger events. We seek team members with a positive attitude and a customer service-driven mindset to join our dedicated events team. Part-time positions are available. Weekends plus some weeknight opportunities. This position is great for college students, parents or retirees seeking part-time work, or supplemental income to your day job. The best part, you choose which events you are available to work!

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Experience in high-level hospitality settings and guest services preferred
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Previous server experience preferred
• TAMs/Tips and ServSafe Certifications preferred
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

EXPECTATIONS

• To provide exceptional table service and follow directions
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
• Remedy quality service deficiencies immediately
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
• Attend pre-event staff meetings day of event
• Ensure quality of guest service is up to BSF standards
• If assigned, manage all closing duties and confirm checklists are completed
• Define company brand through outstanding guest service
• Communicate effectively with all staff

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
