Branch Experience Leader
Branch Experience Leader, Full-time, On-site
This role is responsible for overseeing our physical branch locations, ensuring branch operations and member experiences meet and exceed our expectations, and they will serve as a leader/coach to branch leadership and branch member service teams. Additionally, they will be expected to actively drive strategic initiatives and goals, specifically as it relates to growing and servicing the membership through new products/services, campaigns, and strategic growth opportunities. This role will also be expected to support the Student- Run Credit Union (SRCU) program on site at participating school locations, as needed.
Compensation commensurate with experience, starting at $64,000 and up. Great benefits and paid leave!
Education & Experience Expectations:
- Four-year degree in Business, Finance, Communication or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Two years of direct leadership experience, required.
- Proven experience coaching and developing employees, required. Developing leaders, preferred.
- Proven implementation of new products, services and/or processes, required.
- Cash administration, including experience with Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Teller Cash Recyclers (TCR), required.
- Consumer, commercial and mortgage lending experience, preferred.
- Call center experience, preferred.
- Build relationships with key individuals including members of area chambers of commerce, service organizations and non-profit groups to help influence growth of credit union.
- Possess good time management and organizational skills, and the flexibility and determination to handle deadlines and a wide variety of duties each day.
- Excellent listening, clear verbal, and professional written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in public.
- Ability to lead small and large groups.
- Proven experience with writing procedures and analyzing metrics.
- Ability to train and coach leaders and team members.
