Position Title: Optometrist

Location: Traverse City, Michigan

Job Type: Full-time (4 or 5 days a week)

Overview: Join our thriving medical eye care practice in Traverse City.  You'll step into a bustling clinic and optical with an established patient base, offering comprehensive eye care services to a dynamic community. Our Traverse City office is one of three ophthalmology/optometry offices in Northern Michigan.  We have 7 MDs and 6 ODs with technician support for all our providers. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations for all ages in our Traverse City location
• Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including eyeglasses and contact lens
• Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, opticians, and primary care
• Primary eye care and medical optometry.  (Other sub-specialties considered)

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice optometry in the state of Michigan.
• Board certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Optometry.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
