At NoMi STAY, the homes are exceptional, the guests are discerning, and the margin for “good

enough” is basically zero. This role is the last line before a guest walks through the door. If

something is off, you catch it. If something is missing, you fix it. If something feels flat, you elevate

it. We are looking for people who take that personally.

What This Role Actually Is

You are the one who turns a cleaned house into a ready home. Cleaners get it done. You make it

right. That means walking into a property and seeing it the way a guest would. Not just “is it clean,”

but “does this feel dialed in?”

Some days are smooth. Some days require judgment calls, quick fixes, and a little creativity. If you

need constant direction, this won’t be a fit. If you like being trusted to figure things out, you’ll do

well here.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

• Notices the crooked pillow, the fingerprint on the fridge, or the empty propane tank before anyone

else does

• Communicates clearly and directly, without unnecessary drama

• Works efficiently and takes pride in doing things right

• Is comfortable with basic technology

• Takes ownership. If you touch it, you own it

You don’t need to know everything. You do need to care

Why This Role Matters

This position carries real weight inside the company.

Guests don’t see our systems, our processes, or our internal conversations. They see the house.
