As our Director of Strategic Business Development, you will play a key role in shaping GTI's future. You'll identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, expand contracts, and create sustainable revenue streams that strengthen our organization and increase opportunities for the people we serve.

This position offers the chance to combine business strategy with meaningful impact. Every new partnership, contract, and opportunity you develop helps create jobs, build skills, and improve lives.

What You'll Do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and revenue-generating contracts.
• Develop partnerships with manufacturers, businesses, community leaders, and employers.
• Expand GTI's production, fulfillment, assembly, and social enterprise opportunities.
• Represent GTI throughout the community and strengthen our visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop growth strategies and new lines of business.
• Help ensure the long-term sustainability and success of an organization that changes lives every day.
