Salary Range: $74,000 - $125,000 (Base Salary + Performance-based Pay)

Job Description
NoMi STAY is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who loves building relationships as much as they love Traverse City’s cherry pie. You’ll play a key role in growing our business, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic plans that outsmart the competition.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and real estate agents.
Form partnerships to enhance our services and market reach.
Drive sales through effective pitching, negotiation, and deal closing.
Represent NoMi STAY at industry events and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Provide regular updates on activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality.
Strong understanding of market trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
