Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update orders in the system.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Manage and maintain documents related to order workflow and customer service 
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and teammates, both through written communication and 
phone/in-person. 
• Assist account manager with customer requests, price quotation process, and other communication as needed 
• Assist with and support the customer onboarding and vetting process. 
• Support and improve processes surrounding customer service, order entry/maintenance and sales functions. 
• Maintain a positive outlook and attitude in the face of difficulty or obstacles. 

Reports to
• Works closely with the Sales, Inventory Management, and Procurement teams.
• Reports directly to Sales Manager and Customer Support Manager, and indirectly to the Vice President of Sales.

Desired Qualifications
• Previous experience in order management, administration, or a related field is preferred
• High level of attention to detail and organization 
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software.

Desired Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
1-2 years’ experience in a role involving data entry, customer service, or order processing
