Earn an additional +$1.50 to +$3.50 per hour worked paid out at the end of the season when you join the team at Hickory Hills Ski Area. We are hiring for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor positions. Enjoy competitive pay, shift meal, free ski passes, and free rental equipment while working on the slopes this winter.
Open Positions (Indoor & Outdoor):
Indoor & Guest-Facing Roles:
- Lodge Supervisor – Up to $32.00/hr
- Lead daily lodge operations, guest services, ticket sales, rentals, and staff scheduling.
- Kitchen Lead – Up to $30.00/hr
- Manage food prep, kitchen equipment, staff scheduling, menu planning, and safety standards.
- Rentals & Ticket Sales – Up to $20.00/hr
- Food & Beverage Crew – Up to $20.00/hr
- Slope Supervisors – Up to $22.00/hr
- Snowmaker – Up to $22.00/hr
- Tow Operator – Up to $20.00/hr
- Season Completion Cash Incentive: Extra +$1.50 to +$3.50/hr worked

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
