A Step Above Cleaning Concepts LLC is a locally owned residential and vacation rental and commercial cleaning company proudly serving Traverse City and surrounding Northern Michigan communities. We specialize in recurring residential cleaning, move-in/move-out services and detailed short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers as well as commercial cleans. Our company was built on reliability, strong systems, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high quality results. We understand the fast pace of Northern Michigan's seasonal market and work closely with homeowners, property managers, realtors, business owners, and short term rental hosts to help maintain clean, guest-ready properties year-round. Beyond cleaning, we focus on building long-term relationships with the community. We value professionalism, clear communication, and supporting other local businesses. As a growing company we are passionate about collaboration, referrals, and contributing to a strong local network of trusted service providers. We have also founded a program called Waves of Grace. It is a way for us to give back to our community. Once a month, we donate a free cleaning to someone who has has went through loss and may be going through a tough time. Its about more than cleaning - its about lifting a burden and showing people they are not alone.
