Our firm is a privately held non-bank in our 24th year of business, providing interim (bridge) financing between institutions with zero termination or early prepayment fees. Most importantly, we provide seamless, white glove transitions, providing all the necessary working capital needed to continue or complete each client’s turnaround/growth plan. We focus on loan commitments from $500 thousand to $6 million (and up to $10MM w/ seamless participant) throughout the central and eastern US time zones. We can and will provide referrals to our partners and we follow bank industry prohibited and restricted types of borrowers.
