Local owners, Brad and Trina Jewett, have been in the business over 30 years. What started as a small AFC in 1996, they grew in order to meet the needs of the greater Grand Traverse area, by opening Culver Meadows Senior Living in 2010 and now, Culver Ponds Senior Living in 2026. Culver Communities is leading the industry in quality memory care services while keeping the small, home-like feel of northern Michigan.

Care needs can range from assistance with minimal daily living needs, to total assistance, insuring residents have dignity in the end with support from area hospices. They also provide care to those leaving rehabilitation centers for strokes, heart attacks, surgeries, or any other care needs that need to be met.
