Azimuth Centers of Excellence's Principal, Amy Courter, is a Professional EOS Implementer. For decades she has been using her passion for growing leaders and their businesses to help leaders get what they want from their organizations. Amy’s organizational, implementation, and entrepreneurial skills have served her clients well in multiple industries. Her leadership, management, and facilitation experience, along with her public speaking skills, have improved business health across the board. Amy also has a proven track record for timely, successful project management and regularly mentors leaders to success. She is known and sought after for her innovative thinking and entrepreneurial savvy.

Known to some as “General Amy,” Courter served as the National Commander and CEO of the Civil Air Patrol, a federally chartered nonprofit corporation and the civilian auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force headquartered at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, from 2007-2011. As CAP’s commander, Courter served as a Major General (2-star), the highest ranking CAP Officer. She led CAP’s 61,000-plus volunteers in fulfillment of the organization’s three congressionally chartered missions: Emergency Services, Cadet Programs, and Aerospace Education, as well as CAP’s increasing role in America’s homeland security.
