We’ve been keeping homes comfortable since 1990! We provide heating, cooling, geothermal, boiler, propane, natural gas, and mini-split service, repair, and installation to families throughout Northern Michigan. We were originally founded as a niche geothermal installer and service provider and have since grown into a full range HVAC provider. Our industry edge has always been team continuity and family culture. Over 58% of our team has been with us for 10 years or more, including 3 out of 6 of our first-year founders from 1990!
