Ginny Bilacic is all about helping people reach their goals, no matter where they’re starting. She joined the Y on August 26, 2024, and loves being part of an organization that makes everyone feel like they belong while working to improve the community through awesome programs and a super caring staff. Ginny’s been a key player in different roles like Human Resources, CFO, Interim CEO, and now COO. When she’s not busy at the Y, you’ll probably find her out on a boat, going for a run, hanging out with her dogs, or enjoying time with her family!

Jenny Graber has been part of the Y family since February 24, 2014. Throughout her journey, she’s taken on roles such as Interim Membership Director, Assistant Sports Director, and Administrative Services Director. What Jenny loves most about the Y is its ability to bring people of all ages and backgrounds together—whether they’re engaging in programs, attending events, or simply connecting with others. Outside of the Y, Jenny channels her creativity into event planning and art projects with and for her kids and enjoys spending time outdoors.
