About Us

One Way Exteriors was founded by Colin and Megan DeHaan in February of 2016. Colin had worked in the building supply industry and saw a need for a seamless gutter company in his hometown of Ludington MI. It grew very quickly in that original location.

The growth of the company was dismal in comparison to the employee growth in their personal lives. And that became the heart beat of our company. Investing into the employees personal lives and watching them fulfill their dreams.

Colin then started participating in speaking engagements at gutter events, and giving to the gutter world on social media, seeing a very high demand for professional development in the trade. Through that he created a program called Gutter launch. Through the Gutter Launch program, there is a sub program where Colin offers a partnership opportunity to those who are of the same beliefs on company culture, and employee growth.

Through that offer, we are opening new branches across the U.S. serving as many as we can while building leaders in this world!
