Pancake Boy Productions is a Traverse City-based video production and content strategy company helping Northern Michigan organizations tell stories people actually want to watch.

We partner with nonprofits, businesses, public agencies, and community-minded brands to create video, social content, podcasts, and campaigns that make a clear connection with the people they need to reach. From a single high-impact film to an ongoing content relationship, our work is built around thoughtful strategy, strong storytelling, and a production process that feels collaborative rather than complicated.

Our projects range from documentary films and mission-driven fundraising videos to brand stories, commercials, social campaigns, event coverage, interviews, and original local media. We also produce Compass Local’s Currently and The Conversation, creating a platform for the people, ideas, and issues shaping Northern Michigan.
