Riverside Canoe Trips is a full service livery offering canoes, kayaks, rafts, and tubing on the lower Platte River, located inside the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park. Riverside is also your complete general Store offering a full grocery line, ice cream cones, hot and cold sandwiches, fishing licenses and tackle, camping needs, gas and oil, and a HUGE selection of gifts and souvenirs! Thirty miles west of Traverse City! Take M-72 West to Empire, left at light, 10 miles South on M-22 to Platte River Bridge. Our trip ends at beautiful Sugar Sand Beach!
