I help organizations move from ''Command and Control'' to Integrated Leadership. We build a common language for leadership by leveraging the Neuroscience and Biology of leadership behaviors.
Leadership is a network, not a hierarchy. Whether it’s a new hire mastering self-leadership or a C-Suite executive mastering sophisticated coaching conversations, we provide the ''tools in the toolbelt'' to regulate the nervous system and ensure emotions don't derail the bottom line.
