Founded in 2011 by President Tim Jensen, Veridus was established to fill a critical gap in the marketplace: a dedicated advocate solely focused on representing project owners in capital projects. Over the past decade, the firm has evolved into a trusted, multidisciplinary partner of nearly 40 professionals serving public, private, and nonprofit clients across the Midwest. With offices in Traverse City, Byron Center, Indianapolis, and Evansville, Indiana, the firm is positioned to support clients with both regional insight and local presence.
Today, the Veridus Group is a family of companies—Veridus Advisors, Civitas Strategies, and Naventiam Design—each delivering specialized expertise in owner’s technical representation, community and economic development, and site civil engineering to help clients navigate complex projects and drive sustainable outcomes. This strategic, division-level structure, launched in early 2025, sharpens focus on key industries and elevates the firm’s ability to deliver tailored solutions across sectors.
