Mind-Body Cardio (intenSati) Class at Modus+ Studio

Modus+ Studio is introducing a Mind-Body Cardio (intenSati) class, a dynamic workout that strengthens both the body and the mind. The class blends aerobic movement with spoken affirmations and guided meditation to build endurance, focus, and resilience.

Participants move through rhythmic, choreographed cardio sequences while speaking short, intentional affirmations out loud. The combination of movement and language turns a traditional workout into a full mind-body practice that develops stamina, coordination, and mental clarity.

Each class ends with a short guided meditation, allowing participants to settle their energy and leave feeling both energized and centered.

The intenSati method was created in New York City by fitness innovator Patricia Moreno. The practice brings together athletic movement and the intentional use of thoughts and words, encouraging participants to become more conscious about how they respond to challenges and opportunities in their lives.

Mind-Body Cardio (intenSati) is open to all fitness levels and is especially appealing to those looking for a workout that strengthens both physical fitness and mindset.
