TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. – TBA Credit Union (TBACU) has launched two new services, Video Chat and Video Appointments. Both services can be accessed online through the TBACU website, tbacu.com. With the addition of these services, TBACU will provide an easy, convenient, and personal way for TBACU Members and non-members to connect with the TBACU Lending and Membership Specialists.
Both video services are designed to offer real-time, face-to-face assistance to members or non-members when they cannot be present at a branch location. From home, at work, or on the go, visit tbacu.com to enjoy service from anywhere.
