Cintas has been recognized as a veteran-friendly employer by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency for 2025. The MVAA certifies businesses who apply for this designation based on a demonstrated commitment to attract, hire, develop, and retain veterans. There are three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cintas was able to certify as a Silver level VFE in their first year of application due to pre-existing programs that support these goals. Among these programs are the Partner Business Resource Group named VALOR (Veterans/Military Accelerating Leadership Opportunities & Resources) and Skillbridge partnership with the US Department of Defense. In 2026, Cintas will be eligible to apply for Gold level certification.
