Grand Valley State University's College of Computing is bringing an exciting (FREE) opportunity to Traverse City, and we encourage everyone interested to consider attending. On Monday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., GVSU will host Applied AI & Entrepreneurship: Building Connections for Innovation at The Hagerty Center as part of Northern Michigan Startup Week.
This event is designed for entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, and community innovators who want to explore how artificial intelligence can drive real-world business growth. The day will feature applied AI demonstrations, startup idea spotlights, themed breakout sessions focused on areas like healthcare AI, smart manufacturing, and sustainability tech, as well as practical guidance on federal funding opportunities including SBIR, STTR, and NSF programs.
Whether you're looking to connect with new collaborators, learn how AI can streamline your operations, or simply explore what's possible, this event offers something for everyone. Seats are limited, so we encourage you to register soon at https://www.gvsu.edu/computing/applied-ai-entrepreneurship-264
