Grand Traverse State Bank has welcomed Melissa Kreger as the Assistant Branch Manager, bringing more than 20 years of banking and financial services experience.

In her role, Kreger supports branch operations by managing the teller line, overseeing vault and cash handling functions, coordinating money shipments, and assisting customers with a variety of banking services including cashier’s checks, commercial deposits, and account referrals. She also supports compliance and reporting functions.

Kreger’s previous banking experience includes positions with TBA Credit Union, BB&T, Citizens First Savings Bank, and Flagstar Bank, where she served in roles including Teller, Teller Supervisor, and Mortgage Loan Processor. She also owned and operated CH Manufacturing Solutions LLC, managing bookkeeping, purchasing, and customer sales.
