Three Rivers Corporation Names Jamie Crockett Chief Operating Officer

MIDLAND, Mich. — Three Rivers Corporation has announced the promotion of Jamie Crockett to Chief Operating Officer, expanding the company’s executive leadership structure as it continues to grow and enters its next 50 years of business.

In his new role, Crockett will serve as Three Rivers Corporation's senior operational leader, overseeing the company’s construction and specialty trade operations. His responsibilities will include advancing safety, project execution, operational performance, profitability, accountability, leadership development, and continued organizational growth.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jamie will play an important role in strengthening how we operate across the company while helping develop the next generation of leaders at Three Rivers.”

Crockett joined Three Rivers in February 2018 as a Senior Project Manager and has continued to take on increasing levels of responsibility throughout his career with the company. He has since served as Director of Industrial Operations and Vice President of Industrial and Healthcare Operations.

With more than 26 years of construction experience and nearly 19 years in professional construction management and leadership roles, Crockett brings extensive experience in project delivery, operations, team development, and organizational performance.

As Chief Operating Officer, Crockett will provide executive oversight for Three Rivers’ Industrial, Medical, Commercial, Casework, Structural Steel, Plumbing/HVAC, and Quality Control operations, along with the operational leadership positions supporting those areas. The structure is intended to strengthen coordination across divisions, improve operational efficiencies, and create greater consistency in how Three Rivers manages projects, people, and performance.

Crockett earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Ferris State University in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University’s DeVos Graduate School of Management in 2010.

He is also actively involved in the Midland-area community and construction industry. Crockett serves as Chairperson of the Lincoln Township Planning Commission in Midland County and serves on the grant and scholarship committees for the Midland Area Community Foundation. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Michigan Chemistry Council and the Affordable Housing Alliance of Midland County.

Outside of work and community involvement, Crockett enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Megan, their sons, Cade and Cole, and their English Springer Spaniel, Boone. Together, the family enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring Michigan’s outdoors.
