Atlas Copco completes acquisition of leading US manufacturer of mobile vacuum pumps and packages.

Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of National Vacuum Equipment. NVE is headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan and has approximately 120 employees. The company is a high growth, innovative company that designs, manufactures and sells premium industrial vacuum equipment in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, liquid waste and environmental.

NVE becomes a part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within the Vacuum Technique business area of the Atlas Copco Group. 2023 marks the 150th anniversary of the Atlas Copco Group: a pioneer of industrial innovation spanning the entire globe.
