Celly Health™ Welcomes Nikkole Mampe as Director of Innovation & Analytics

Traverse City native returns home to join the Celly Health™ Innovation Team and Medical Center of Excellence

TRAVERSE CITY, MICelly Health™ today announced the appointment of Nikkole Mampe to the role of Director of Innovation & Analytics, effective immediately, joining the organization’s Innovation Team and Medical Center of Excellence, headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan. In a signal of both institutional confidence and community investment, Celly Health™ is welcoming home one of its own: Ms. Mampe is a Traverse City native whose career trajectory — from Northwestern Michigan College to University of Oregon to Boston University to South America to Europe to Japan to the leadership ranks of multi-territory enterprise organizations — has brought her back to the community where her professional identity was first formed. What she calls “pattern recognition with a purpose” has defined her professional approach across more than a decade of enterprise leadership — and she arrives at Celly Health™ with a rare convergence of credentials: the analytical instincts of a data strategist, the systems sensibility of a learning and development architect, a foundation in solving complex cross-functional problems and empowering the intersectionality of operations, sales, and IT, and the execution track record of a top sales performer and top-tier commercial operator. This unique combination of expertise and experience positions her as a natural accelerator of Celly Health’s clinical mission and its preferred partner and B2B client relationships.

Why Pattern Recognition Matters Here

Ms. Mampe has built her career on the ability to enter complex, fast-moving environments, identify what others miss, and build systems, processes, and messaging that scale. As a Director of Outreach at Fusion Education Group, she was a top performer during her tenure there, and Fusion Global Academy’s top performer for eight consecutive quarters, managing outreach across 14 states and the Educational Consultant international market while overseeing 33% of all national partnerships. She did not inherit those results — she designed and implemented the strategy, built the processes, identified and cultivated the relationships, and followed through with the systems architecture and back-end solves that produced them.

In her new role, these same capabilities will be directed at something that serves a far greater purpose — connecting patients who are actively searching for quality healthcare with the evidence-based treatment options they deserve. Ms. Mampe will be first tasked with spearheading and scaling Celly Health’s National Long COVID and chronic inflammation protocol, while helping bring rural health awareness to communities that have historically had limited access to cutting-edge, evidence-based care. For patients living with Long COVID and chronic inflammation — conditions that remain widely misunderstood and underserved — that mandate is not an operational objective. It is a lifeline.

A Learning & Development Background Built for Healthcare

Ms. Mampe holds a Master of Education in T.E.S.O.L & Applied Linguistics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Oregon, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her academic training in how people learn, adapt, and apply new information across different environments is directly relevant to the challenge Celly Health™ faces every day: translating complex clinical and AI-driven protocols into systems that real teams can understand and execute.

Her background also includes insurance operations. As a Claims Adjuster at Hagerty Insurance Agency, she managed high-volume, detail-intensive workflows requiring precise communication across carriers, agents, and claimants — in both English and Spanish. That experience gives her a working fluency in the language of risk, coverage, and carrier relationships that is directly applicable to Celly Health’s payer partnerships and B2B client environment. She understands how the insurance ecosystem operates from the inside, which strengthens her ability to represent Celly Health’s interests across those relationships.

Throughout her career, she has built training programs, written operational SOPs, onboarded entire teams into new systems, and designed the learning infrastructure that organizations depend on to grow. That work is not background — it is a core part of what she will do at Celly Health™.

 A Strategic & Compassionate Thinker

Ms. Mampe’s professional profile extends well beyond analytics and systems design. She is an AI Interpreter for test-use cases in automation and an AI Prompt Engineer for scaling outreach campaigns — applied capabilities she has deployed in live commercial environments across various industries, not just in theory. Her work with AI is hands-on: evaluating outputs, identifying failure points, and building prompt frameworks that produce reliable results at scale.

“Being home in Traverse City to do this work, with this team, at this level of clinical ambition — that is not a coincidence. It is a convergence. Pattern recognition with a purpose. That’s what I do, and that’s what this role is.”

— Nikkole Mampe  |  Director of Innovation & Analytics  |  Celly Health™

Equally defining is what she brings as a person. Extensive international travel and deep intercultural literacy have shaped a professional who can communicate across boundaries — cultural, linguistic, and organizational. Colleagues and leadership alike describe her as a strategic critical thinker and problem solver who is both compassionate and innovative — someone who brings rigor to complex problems without losing sight of the people those systems are designed to serve. In a healthcare organization where clinical integrity and human outcomes are inseparable, that combination is not a nice-to-have. It is essential.

From the Chair — Shawn M. Cole, MD

“I was fortunate to have been introduced to Nikkole a year and a half ago, and it was clear from the beginning that she is a world thinker who can connect dots that very few can.  We’ve spent that time as thought leaders, talking about where healthcare, analytics, and AI are headed — and what it takes to build something meaningful to serve our growing community in this exciting era. I am thrilled to have her as a partner on the Celly Health team. She will be instrumental in advancing our AI clinical protocol work, and her impact will be felt across everything we build.”

— Shawn M. Cole, MD  |  Chair, Governing Medical Committee  |  Celly Health™
