In his new role, Suhy will coordinate and lead consumer loan sales and service activities within the Loan Center, while supporting team development, fostering a strong service culture, and ensuring members receive timely and exceptional service.
 
As Branch Leader, Gibson will oversee operations at TBA Credit Union's South Airport Branch, leading branch team members, supporting member service excellence, and driving strategic initiatives that support membership growth and engagement.
