TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. – TBA Credit Union welcomes Chris Dickens to their Executive Leadership Team as Chief Credit Officer, bringing more than 30 years of financial services leadership experience to the organization.
 
In his role as Chief Credit Officer, Dickens will oversee the credit and risk strategy of the credit union’s commercial lending portfolio, ensuring safe and sound growth aligned with the credit union’s risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and member service goals.
 
Dickens brings extensive experience in credit administration, SBA and commercial lending, compliance, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led complex lending operations, strengthened credit functions, and supported responsible growth across community-focused financial institutions.
