[1/6/25] — Celly Health announced today that amongst the wide range of medication offerings they are now including the newly FDA-approved, once-daily oral tablet version of Wegovy® as part of its comprehensive weight management program. This milestone marks a significant advancement in obesity treatment, expanding access beyond injectable therapies and offering patients a more convenient option for medically guided weight care.

Developed by Novo Nordisk, the oral formulation of Wegovy® was recently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for chronic weight management and cardiovascular risk reduction in appropriate patients. Until now, Wegovy® had only been available as an injectable medication.

The once-daily Wegovy® tablet is available by prescription and can be filled at more than 70,000 pharmacies nationwide. Select patients with qualifying insurance coverage may also be eligible for manufacturer savings programs.
